Built on 16 years of real experience.

Garson Skelton has spent 16 years studying the science of human performance and putting it to work for athletes. A graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, Garson built his career in weight rooms and on fields, designing programs, developing coaches, and watching athletes accomplish things they didn't think were possible.

That last part is what keeps him in this field.

After seven years as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Harker Heights High School, where he managed year-round programs for over 650 student-athletes across 20 teams and 10 sports, Garson currently teaches Physical Education while building Skelton Performance to get back to what he does best: helping athletes and programs perform at their highest level.

Skelton Performance exists for the program that knows it needs more. The school without a certified strength coach. The club team that wants a real off-season system. The athlete who is ready to find out what they are actually capable of. If you know you need experienced help to get where you are going, this is the right place.
